Cancellation of the hajj license–– The respondent’s firm’s license was cancelled along with confiscation of security money earlier on 03.07.2008 vide Memo No.৩/৬-১/২০০৫/(অংশ-২)/৯২০ on ground of unprofessional activity during hajj year 2007 against which, the respondent, filed writ petition no 5166 of 2008 and continued his agency’s business. Respondent’s firm was warned on 14.06.2009 vide Memo No.ধবিম/হ:শা:/শা:৩/৬-৩৯/২০০৩/৩৫২ for allegation of unprofessional activity during the hajj year 2008.Respondent’s firm was again involved in unprofessional activities during the hajj year 2010 which caused sufferings to the pious Hajjis with regard to accommodation and transportation in the Holy Mecca and Medina as well as tarnished the image of the nation globally for pick- pocketing by the Hajjis.
