Remove the post of Director General of the Directorate of Fisheries— There is no previous sanction of the Government for their filing such application— The High Court Division in the quoted remark/observation took exception as to the very filing of the application by the petitioner approaching a member of the Parliament without any sanction from the authority i.e. the Government treating the same as contrary to Rule 20 of the Government Servant (Conduct) Rules, 1979 and as such recommended for taking appropriate step against the said employees without delay. The authority may in the fitness of the matter proceed against the petitioners in accordance with law for the very filing of the application without the sanction of the Government.
