Dismissal of teacher on ground of professional misconduct—
The writ petitioner was dismissed from service by the Managing Committee after enquiry held by the duly constituted Enquiry Committee on ground of professional misconduct. In reply to the show cause notice he admitted his guilt. Academic atmosphere was seriously affected by the illegal activities of the writ petitioner. The High Court Division held the impugned order of dismissal perfectly justified with which the Appellate Division fully concurred. Sibgatnltah (Montana Md.) Vs.
