It is crystal clear that the plaintiffs miserably failed to prove their title to the suit land. Admittedly, the plaintiffs filed Title Suit No.63 of 1954 for declaration of title in respect of the suit land which was dismissed. Subsequently, the plaintiffs filed Title Appeal No.64 of 1957 before the learned District Judge, Sylhet, which was also dismissed.
