Transfer the Waqfs Land–
The finding of the Administrator of Waqfs to the effect that the predecessor of the appellant-plaintiff in the suit had consented to the transfer of the property in question is a finding of fact which could have been agitated by the plaintiff in a properly constituted challenge before the concerned District Judge. But he did not do so.
