Under the Burmese Buddhist Law, a Burmese Buddhist cannot make a will—Ext. B is therefore inadmissible as a will.
According to Burmese Buddhist law, only the widow of the deceased is the heir—Ext. B can hardly stand the test of a family arrangement.
